CREDIT CARD NO CHARGE BACK POLICY
If you make a payment to Sherry Carter ( ShihTzus Forever ) then you agree to our 2 year health guarantee and contract with a NO charge back policy.
I agree to fore go ANY charge back for ANY reason under their NO REFUND policy. I understand that any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit directly with SHIHTZUS FOREVER . I Understand I will NOT be credited back on my Credit Card account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied with purchase. I will be given a refund when SHIHTZUS' FOREVER feels proof of refund is deemed necessary.
Buyer's acceptance of any animal agrees that this transaction was consummated within the state of Alabama and consents to the application of all Alabama Laws and to the jurisdiction of Alabama Courts. Should a dispute arise out of this transaction. Buyer further agrees that should he default in any obligation of this agreement, he shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs involved in the prosecution of this action. Acceptance constitutes An agreement to pay the above listed price and totals, with in agreed terms. Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a
puppy as deposits are non-refundable!

NOTE: I WILL NOT BEG FOR THE BALANCE DUE ON A PUPPY . DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL LOOSE THE FULL DEPOSIT . THE BALANCE AND SHIPPING MUST BE PAID ON THE DATE AGREED ON.
DEPOSIT for the puppy must be received within 3 working days of you picking out your puppy. I do take visa and MasterCard. If not using a credit card please send priority mail, Postal money order.

If the Deposit/payment is not received by 3 business days, puppy goes back up for adoption. Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable! Amount of deposit is 1/2 of the price of the puppy plus 3.8 % if paying by credit card. Deposits might be able to be transferred to another baby at the breeders discretion.

BALANCE due one week of the puppy being shipped home or by the age of 10 weeks old . If you don't pay for your puppy by ( 10 weeks of age ) you will loose your deposit . Balance due must be paid by postal money order, cash , wire transfer ,or credit card. Shipping costs must be added into the balance due.
