Cyberbullying Defined
StopCyberbullying.org, an organization with a mission to inform the public on internet safety, security and privacy, defines cyberbullying as:
a situation when a person is repeatedly “tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted” by another person useing text messaging, email, instant messaging or any other type of digital technology.
The phenomenon is not limited to children, and is more commonly referred to as cyberstalking when perpetrated by adults toward adults.
Cyberbullying can be as simple as continuing to send e-mail to someone who has said they want no further contact with the sender, but it may also include threats, sexual remarks, pejorative labels (i.e., hate speech), ganging up on victims by making them the subject of ridicule in forums, and posting false statements gossip as fact aimed at humiliation.
Though the use of sexual remarks and threats are sometimes present in cyberbullying, it is not the same as sexual harassment and does not involve sexual predators.
Cyberbullies may disclose victims' personal data (e.g. real name, address, or workplace/schools) at websites or forums, or may pose as the identity of a victim for the purpose of publishing material in their name that defames or ridicules them. Some cyberbullies may also send threatening and harassing emails and instant messages to the victims.
NOTE : I Don't take part in breeder wars and INTERNET SLANDER on the Internet or feel the need to ruin other breeders. If you see my name being used it will be by a breeder that has been slandering my good name for a year . I have never done any business with this breeder .I don't want any part of the unethical behavior ! I don't think the PUBLIC will fall for slander , false post , lies , fake names and even in the real name . The Internet can be a useful learning tool or it can be abused and used by the hands of evil . My identity has be stolen and has been used as a slander tool on the internet . The slander of my good name is non stop on the internet for a solid year .Sorry that I have to put this on my site . I feel the need to warn the Public not to believe these slander sites where breeders bash each other. Any nut can log in with fake names and post lies. Many good people have been hurt by slander.
I had to remove my Guest Book because of the harassment . Sad they have nothing better to do with their time but to stalk my website Daily.
This breeder has never been to my home , never seen my dogs , and has never seen the two fully functional homes that I own. I OWN them PAID IN FULL with a clear Deed .
My dogs have a real home fully functional that is fit for humans to live in ! My dogs have AC/ Heat year round . I have had wonderful puppy buyers come to my home to see how I care for my pets.
I just had a lady drive 11 hours to my home from Orlando , Florida . I welcomed Pat and her husband into my home where we sat and talked for a long time . Pat left my home with two wonderful pets . Pat only wanted a wonderful loving pet that was small and of great quality . She did not care about AKC papers and breeding . I sell my babies for lap babies or lap rugs only .
NOTE: I like to sell for pets only (No Papers) to keep puppy mills away. I don't like what I see in the breeding world every day . My ShihTzu are My ShihTzu and I pick and choose who I want to sell a ShihTzu to . I can back any ShihTzu with AKC and DNA.
It is my right to sell a ShihTzu any way I want . I can sell a ShihTzu with AKC papers limited or full , CKC papers ,or NO papers at all . I have that right as the owner of my ShihTzu.
Breeder Wars are unacceptable and NOT one of my babies will end up in a situation with people who are not considerate to others.
I hope and Pray to remove this page one day soon . I have ask this breeder to let go and to move on with life . I have to protect my good name against all the slander that has been posted on horrible slander sites .This page is my only way to tell the truth and the people that have know me through life and in the breeding world for years . I have sold ShihTzu all over the United States and stand 100 % behind everything I do in business and life.
You will not find " ANY" puppy sold to a real buyer that I did not stand behind. If you can find (1) puppy that I did not stand behind in all my years of breeding I will offer you $10,000. . Trust that I can do this because you will never find any buyer that I have wronged . I have a health guarantee and stand 100 % behind it .
I have never encountered anything like what has been done to me by this breeder in my entire life or by someone that don't even know me . My ShihTzus are my life and no breeder will ever run me out of the breeding world . I don't depend on my dogs for a living !
I enjoy what I do and would not have it any other way .
